Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At ELORÉ, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, quality, and attention to detail. For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we kindly ask customers to review our policy below before placing an order.

EXCHANGES
We gladly offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and protective elements must be intact
• Items must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, damage or any signs of wear
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, the item may be refunded, replaced, or exchanged accordingly.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
• Worn or washed items
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items returned without original packaging or tags

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Eloré reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
